MCAD transitioned from the Blackboard Learning Management System to Canvas in Spring 2021. As demand for archived Blackboard files have dropped off, we are looking at retiring these archives by July 31st., 2024.
Most faculty will not need to take any action as all current courses are already in Canvas.

The online summer housing application can be found on the Student Housing Intranet.
The priority deadline for submitting the summer application is 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 22—later will be accepted; sooner would be better.
You do not need to be taking summer classes to be eligible to live on-campus during the summer. Note that if you are not assigned to live on campus Fall 2024 semester, the summer move out deadline is August 1.

Today, as part of Severe Weather Awareness week, the severe weather sirens will be activated twice. The test times have been set by Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management in collaboration with the National Weather Service as well as many State and local agencies and organizations.
