Important End of the Semester Info - Spring 2026

3D Shop

The 3D Shop will close for the semester on Tuesday May 12 at 9:00 PM. and open again on June 1st for summer session.  Returning students for Fall 2025 may request access to the shop by making a proposal to use the facilities. The hours of the shop will be 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.  Forms for this will be available on the 3D shop’s page soon. This must be submitted to the 3D shop via email.   The shop will close for the summer on August 7th to prepare for fall.

Key Return! + Move out Reminder

Hello Everybody!

This message is for anyone with a locker key!

Please return ALL LOCKER & Studio Keys to the ESS office no later than May 24! Just come by during our open hours and leave the key on the desk and if we are not there, please include a note with your name and lock/studio number.

A reminder that the last day of  MOVE OUT NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, MAY 24.

Art Cellar End of Semester Information

Accounts Ending, Annual Inventory Closure, SPRING SALE
  • AC Student & Faculty Accounts: Last day to use AC Student and Faculty Accounts is Tuesday, May 12. Any balance remaining in AC Student Accounts will be refunded to you by the Business Office. For questions, email student_accounts@mcad.edu.
  • Spring Sale! Art Cellar’s end-of-semester Spring Sale runs May 4-15. 20% off select items!
  • Spring Hours (through May 15): Monday–Friday, 10:30am-5:00pm
  • Closed for Inventory: May 18–May 29
  • Summer Hours (June 1-August 21): Monday–Friday, 10:30am-5:00pm

Internet Service Upgrade - Thursday, May 7th @ 6:00 pm

This Thursday, we will be cutting over our primary internet circuit, after the last attempt was not completed successfully.
 
Date: Thursday, May 7th
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Affecting: All internet services on campus will be unavailable, including wireless access to the internet.  On campus services, such as printing and file access will continue to function as normal.
 
We will have both staff as well as carrier engineers on site to support this cutover.
