On September 16, 2026, MCAD is hosting Twin Cities Startup Week (TCSW) on our campus. TCSW is a weeklong celebration and learning opportunity for aspiring artists, designers, and (creative) entrepreneurs, organized by BETA. This year, five local universities are hosting TCSW, and September 16 is "MCAD Day".

Join the RAs on MCAD Lawn, Wednesday, September 16 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. to start your very own microgreen garden. Seeds and soil provided, bring your own plastic containers and learn how to create a hydroponic planter using recycled materials!

It’s back! Weekly Wednesday Yoga meets every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Emeritus Room (Main 201) unless otherwise noted for school breaks.
Yoga is for students only, and it is FREE!
All skill levels are welcome, and mats are available to borrow in the College Center (Look for the labeled metal storage closet). Just grab one on your way to the Emeritus Room or bring your own.
