Paper Studio Call for Entry

Calling all MCAD students, alumni, faculty, and staff!

The Suitcase Gallery is hosting a show focusing on handmade paper for our first exhibition of the fall semester, and we want you to be a part of it!

If you make paper, or use handmade paper in your art practice, this is a great opportunity to get your work out there!

Would you like to show your work in Gallery 148? Do you have an idea for a gallery show you would like to curate

Gallery 148 is student run, student juried, and shows student work. It is your opportunity to curate a professional quality show right on campus. We hope to show a diverse cross-section of the talent and interests on the MCAD campus. All disciplines and majors are encouraged to apply.

Announcing the 2025-26 Annual MCAD Merit Scholarship Awards

It’s the 2025-2026 Annual MCAD Merit Competition!

This scholarship competition is designed for students who are currently enrolled full-time in an MCAD degree-seeking program. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or better is required to enter. *Students receiving VA Yellow Ribbon or the Tuition Exchange/Waiver award are not eligible to compete in merit scholarship competitions.

Merit Scholarship Awards will be added to existing financial aid.
