How do I set my Windows PC laptop to print to the MCAD printers?
We are currently beta testing supporting printing from Windows laptops.

I Sent a File But it Didn't Show Up in My Release Queue
_ Does the home directory on your laptop differ from your MCAD Login shortname (i.e., joesmith instead of jsmith?)
I get an error when I try to print something from the Internet to the SB-BW printers.
Occasionally when you print something from the internet (like driving directions or an image) to the SB-BW printers, the printer will display an error. This is a Postscript error, meaning the printer doesn't understand the information it has been sent.
Adding Service Bureau printers [Black and White, ImagePress Color] to your Windows workstation [Faculty and Staff]
If you are an MCAD Faculty or Staff member working on a Windows workstation, you can add the Service Bureau printers [Black and White and/or Color] to your available printers by following these steps :
