Your MCAD username defaults to the email address entered by the student when they completed the online FERPA form, required to create your user account for the purpose of accessing their online, student information.
Requests to change parent/3rd party usernames (default email address) must be submitted by the student at the Records Office, located in M103, on the first floor of the Morrison building.
Computer Support cannot provide login info over email. You must see the Help Desk in person for this information.
