How do I submit a print order via email to the Service Bureau?

Maybe you're about to graduate from MCAD, or you'd like to do more printing on your own.
We are working on compiling a list of alternative printing resources for you to use while we are closed (and beyond!), so in order to get that information to you as quickly as possible, we have created a shared google doc!
